This is not a professional anything! This place stoled approximately $2300 from me. As most thieves are also liars, as well. They should no longer be allowed to hold any licenses from the State of FL and the Department of Transportation! As far as I am concerned; they should be brought up on charges! Corey Bishop and Hiriam are boldface liars and thieves. Beware; they target retirees and seniors. Scum of the earth. This is not a drama review or an exaggeration. I have receipts and a signed contract.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3800

I hired this company not knowing they were a moving broker. They gave us a binding estimate and took an inventory of our items. We actually ended up being well under the inventory, as we decided not to take our sofa. They hired American Home Relocation to handle the move of our belongings. The movers came on 9/11/2021 and delivery was scheduled for 9/18/2021. It is 10/1/2021 and we still don't have an ETA for our belongings. When the movers arrived, they told us that FVL severely underquoted us and we had much more in cubic square feet (despite being under inventory) than they had room for in their van. They ended up only taking about 2/3, leaving us to come up with a way to ship our remaining items right before our move. I called customer service the day of and Gina kept saying she was losing signal and couldn't take our calls.Themovers were two males (I am a female) and one of the movers told me that the second mover had made comments suggesting that he wanted to do sexual acts with me. Of course I was terrified after hearing that and sent texts to my friends that I was in danger and one of them came over. I called Monday to request a resolution in the form of at least a partial deposit refund as the service that they agreed to provide in the binding estimate was not met- our things had not been picked and we were under the quoted inventory. I also expressed to them that I was terrified for my safety that day. Customer service was helpful until I requested a resolution. I was then sent to Ray who promised to call me back with a resolution but I haven't heard back from him in weeks. Last time I tried calling him, my calls went straight to voice-mail. Today, it has been three weeks since pickup and I still have heard no word as to when to expect my things. I'm extremely disappointed and angry about my experience.

I scheduled this company for an out of state relocation. I did so about a month before the move. The day they were supposed to show up I called several times asking when to expect the movers and they didn’t answer. I left several voicemails. When I did finally get to talk to someone they said they were having technical difficulties and I’d be contacted soon. I did finally get a text saying they would try to be there tomorrow (Friday) but may not until Saturday. We were given the number to the manager to speak with. He was very unpleasant on the phone and it was already a frustrating situation as we were supposed to be at our destination by this point. We ended up moving ourselves. While trying to get the refund the manager was extremely rude. This was extremely disappointing as we signed a contract for a service to be provided we never received. We will never schedule a move with them again. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

I can't decide if scam or sham is a more fitting description of this business. First, they call to set up your walk-through self-guided estimate. Be prepared to pay twice what they quote you at (but that comes later). Flash van lines takes your deposit and then sells your business to the lowest bidder. That way, Flash can claim everything that breaks isn't their fault. They already got paid so they sold your contract to someone else and moved on. Flash has no contact with the contractor who breaks your stuff, and then claims not even to be able to locate them. Our contractor called us around 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning and informed us they'd arrive in 2 hours, and that we needed to come up with several thousand dollars worth of cash, because they only accepted cash. After they start loading, they tell you it's going to cost more, maybe a lot more, but they can't be sure how much, and that you will need to have it in cash (however much it ends up being) if you want to get your stuff back. They say it will be 2-7 days for delivery, but don't leave town yet because it could be 7 days, but be ready to be there in 2 because it could be 2 (the further the distance the harder this planning stage is). They arrived at our new place around 8 p.m. and left after midnight. We found out the next day that our washing machine was broken, our furniture had been scratched and covered with brown marker, and our table legs were bent beyond repair. Flash says your insured for $30k worth of damages, but that's a laugh because the contractor doesn't answer the phone and Flash doesn't care because they already got paid. Here we are 4 months later with a busted washer and we're still making furniture repairs. I'd leave a review for the contractor, but who knows who or where they are.
